Cygnus bombs

Ashton Mining of Canada (ACA-T) has recovered low diamond counts from a recent kimberlite discovery in the Northwest Territories and from additional mini-bulk sampling on an Alberta kimberlite.

The Cygnus pipe at the Roundrock property north of Yellowknife returned 8 microdiamonds from an 87.8-kg sample.

Ashton has a 53.3% interest in the Roundrock property.

Ashton also pulled macrodiamonds from the BH-225 kimberlite in northern Alberta. A further 990-kg sample was collected, which yielded 0.035 carat of diamonds larger than 0.8 mm in two dimensions. No further work is planned.
