Cuvier Mines is suing Noranda Exploration for what it says was the improper transfer of mining claims to Noranda.
Cuvier launched the lawsuit in the Supreme Court of Newfoundland this week over 20 claims known as the Mings Bight East property located in the Baie Verte Peninsula.
No hearing date has been set.
