Cusac busy at Table Mountain

Vancouver — A $520,000 private placement will enable Cusac Gold Mines (CQC-T) to continue exploring the Table Mountain gold property near Cassiar in northern British Columbia.

The Vancouver-based junior operated the mine intermittently in the mid-1990s until low grades and gold prices forced its closure in 1997. The property includes a fully permitted, 300-tonne-per-day gravity-flotation mill. The company is focusing its exploration efforts on the large gold target known as Taurus II.
