Cross Lake in venture with Golden Dragon

Cross Lake has acquired an additional 18-claim property in Wilhemina Twp., in a private deal subject to regulatory approval, in return for $10,000 and the issue of 50,000 shares.

Middleton also said two other blocks of land within the township, respectively eight claims and 12 claims in size, have been joint- ventured with Noranda Exploration on a 50/50 basis, the deal is subject to regulatory approval.
