In exchange for $6,350 and 100,000 shares, Cross Lake Minerals (VSE) has acquired 36 claims in Casa Berardi Twp., Que. The claims, which cover the same stratigraphy as the nearby Eagle mine, carry several untested geophysical (EM and IP) targets.
Recent geophysical data from Cross Lake’s other 104 claims in Casa Berardi Twp. indicate that a gold-bearing sulphide zone discovered last year may extend for more than 1.2 km along strike.
