Court halts seizure of Aquisitor assets

The Superior Court of Quebec has quashed a seizure by a private Toronto company, Hunter & Associates, of assets used by Aquisitor Mines (VSE) and Stabell Resources (ME) on their Dubuisson property near Val d’Or, Que. Aquisitor has been involved in legal activity with Hunter since April, 1989. Meanwhile, Stabell and Aquisitor have been re-evaluating their base metal deposit on the south end of the Dubuisson property, in light of the Aur-Louvem discovery in nearby Louvicourt Twp.
