CORRECTIONS (June 21, 1999)

A report, in our June 7 issue, on Major General Resources‘ (MGJ-V) Hammerdown gold project contained incorrect information about the size of a recoverable gold resource. The Newfoundland project contains 450,000 oz., not 2,450,000 oz.

In the same issue, our coverage of Yamana Resources‘ (YRI-T) Martinetas property in Argentina contained incorrect information about the grade of the Coyote vein resource. It hosts 5,850 tonnes averaging 13.6 oz. (not grams) gold per tonne and 9 oz. silver per tonne based on internal calculations.
