In the second quarter of 1999, the mine produced 162,900 oz. gold-equivalent — an increase over the previous (first) quarter. This was a direct result of an extra shipment of concentrates carried over from that previous quarter.
The extra shipment was not duplicated this year, resulting in lower production of 142,600 oz.
Production in the first six months of 2000 was, in fact, slightly ahead of production in the corresponding period of 1999.
