“U.N. Earth Summit” (T.N.M., Jan. 20/92) incorrectly identified Kenneth McCready of TransAlta Utilities as spokesman for Canada’s mining industry at the June, 1992, United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio de Janeiro. McCready did contribute to a utility industry brief to be presented at the conference, but Canadian coal producers are being represented by The Coal Association of Canada.
