A recent story (T.N.M. May 29/95) featuring Hillsborough Resources (TSE) incorrectly reported that thermal coal prices averaged $41 to $42 per ton over the past three years and that 1995 prices are expected to be similar.
Hillsborough reports that thermal coal prices over the past three years declined to a level of about US$32 per ton and that Australian settlements for 1995 are in the range of US$40 per ton.
