Corona-Varna deal

Corona Corp. (TSE) has the right to earn a 100% interest in a Newfoundland gold property owned by Varna Gold (ASE). The interest in the Mings Bight project can be earned by paying Varna $360,000 over a 4-year period and delivering a feasibility study. At that time, Varna can elect to participate as to a 30% interest in a joint venture or can receive a net profits royalty.
