Corona, Jodamada buy Dundee shares

A family holding company controlled by Dundee Capital Chairman Ned Goodman has acquired more than one million shares and more than a half-million warrants in Dundee, an investment management company known formerly as Dynamic Capital Corp. which recently underwent a reorganization of its capital. Jodamada Corp. paid about $6.7 million for the shares and warrants made available by Dundee in a public offering of units which closed June 28.

Gold producer Corona (TSE), of which Goodman is also chairman, purchased through the same public offering 1.5 million shares and 375,000 warrants. Together, Jodamada and Corona beneficially own 31.5% of the common shares of Dundee.
