Corona drilling Varna’s Mings Bight

Corona has completed a trenching program which exposed a new surface showing, known as the Thunder zone, 100 m south of the Lightning zone. Samples from the new zone assayed 0.185 oz gold across 76.7 ft. A second trench, 490 ft west of the first trench, yielded an assay of 0.061 oz gold across 7.5 ft. A third trench failed to expose any significant mineralization, Varna says. Corona plans to complete at least 5,000 ft of drilling on the new zone.
