Drilling on the Anialik-High Lake project in the Northwest Territories continues to return zinc-copper mineralization for property owner Continental Pacific Resources (VSE).
Hole R-11-95 returned a 13.9-ft. intersection grading 9.45% zinc, 0.95% copper and 2.15 oz. silver per ton.
The hole intersected the zone of massive sulphide mineralization about 120 ft. downdip from hole R-6-95, which was previously reported to have encountered 20.6 ft. grading 10.44% zinc and 0.56% copper, plus 2.45 oz. silver per ton.
The zone, dubbed the Wolverine, has been drilled over a strike length of 1,000 ft. and a downdip extent of 500 ft.
Additional results from the current program are pending.
