Construction under way at Cliff asbestos plant

Scheduled to be completed late this year the commercial wet process plant will house technology supplied by Cliff’s major shareholder Baie Verte Mines.

Negotiations are under way for the wet process technology to be utilized in other parts of the world but Chairman David Barwick said this will not be a priority until the new plant is completed.
