Conference to focus on African mining

The Institution of Mining and Metallurgy (IMM) of London is organizing African Mining ’95 for Windhoek, Namibia, on June 7-9.

The conference will deal with exploration, exploitation, treatment and finance in an African context. The country of Namibia, for example, passed its Foreign Investment Act in 1991 and has introduced other incentives, making it an attractive exploration target.

For more information, contact IMM at 44 Portland Place, London, U.K.
