Coeur d’Alene Mines adds up profits

Net income for the 1989 first half was $3.17 million or 32 cents per share on revenues of $32.3 million, compared with net income of $5.8 million or 59 cents per share on revenues of $33 million for the 1988 first half.

Coeur d’Alene produced 34,954 oz gold in the 1989 first half, an increase of 62% from the 22,165 oz produced in the same period in 1988. Silver production declined to 2.58 million oz from 2.8 million oz produced in the first six months of 1988.
