COATS Trading Features (July 06, 1987)

Card Lake Resources gave up some ground, closing at $1.75. The company is busy drilling a gold property west of the new Holt- McDermott mine being built by American Barrick Resources north of Kirkland Lake.

Tyranex Gold was steady at 85 cents -95 cents . The company has signed a deal with tse-listed Gunnar Gold which will see Gunnar conduct exploration of the former producing Tyranite gold mine near Shiningtree, Ont. Tyranex also plans to process the tailings material. Winteroad Resources was easier at $1.45; down 30 cents for the week. The company holds several claims north of Kirkland Lake, Ont., on which encouraging gold values have been assayed.

Spirit Lake added a dime to $2.10. The company has a gold property in the busy Goudreau area northeast of Wawa, Ont. Watson Lake, which is also not too far from Wawa, was unchanged at 45 cents .
