An amalgamation between Golden Cresent Explorations and Candore Explorations has been completed. The new company goes under the name of the former. Golden Cresent was 75 cents -$1 bid-ask this week.
Mount Wright Iron Mines, an affiliate of Lac Minerals was modestly stronger this week, trading more than 24,000 shares. A Spanish court has ruled in Mount Wright’s favour concerning a dispute with Cominco over a 1% net smelter royalty claimed by Wright on a lead-zinc mine in Spain. The issue was quiet at 35 cents .
Card Lake Resources was also steady at 55 cents . The company is looking to start a drill program on a gold prospect in German Twp., Ont., this winter. Findore, which is busy with several projects in the Harker- Holloway area near Matheson, Ont., was better at 40 cents on 5,000 shares.
