Coastoro undertakes drilling program

Fifteen holes have been drilled to date at Coastoro Resources’ Garrison Twp. project in northeastern Ontario, President R.A. Pollack reports.

Among the better results were hole No 87-24, 0.18 oz gold per ton across 7 ft, including 0.26 oz across 4 ft; hole No 87-19, 0.18 oz across 7 ft; and hole No 87-26, 0.05 oz across 6 ft, including 0.06 oz across 2.7 ft. Further drilling is planned this fall.

Coastoro has completed a flow-through arrangement worth $400,000 with nim Resource — 1987, as well as a similar arrangement worth $550,000 with nim Resource — 1988.

Coastoro is involved with Jonpol Explorations in a separate project in Garrison Twp., in which Coastoro may earn a 45% interest by spending $1 million over four years.
