City announces price of purchase warrants

Vancouver-based City Resources (VSE) said recently that a previously announced modification of the exercise price of the company’s common share purchase warrants became effective April 19.

The exercise price is $3 before July 31, and $4 until Jan 31, 1989, and $5 from that date until the warrants expire in July 31, 1989. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share.
