Champion Resources (VSE) intends to enter into a joint-venture agreement with Toscana Resources (VSE), owner of the Tenapu and Gomes properties in Ghana.
The deal is contingent on results of auger drilling, soil sampling and trenching, now under way.
Champion hopes to gain a 51% stake in the properties.
