Champion funds work

Junior Champion Resources (CHL-V) has increased a private placement by 400,000 units to 2.4 million units.

Each unit will consist of one share and one share purchase warrant exercisable over two years. One warrant will entitle the owner to buy one additional share priced at 65.

Champion holds the Farim phosphate deposit in Guinea Bissau, West Africa. Measured and indicated resources stand at 166.2 million tonnes grading 29.1% P2O5.
