Canmine hits narrow lenses

Canmine Resources (CDN) has intersected some narrow sulphide lenses on its 100% owned FER property 28 miles northeast of Flin Flon, Man.

Hole FER 1, drilled on the southern fringe of the target conductor, intersected two lenses, the first of which graded 2.95% zinc and 0.32% copper over 1.51 ft.

Hole FER 2, drilled 165 ft. to the north toward the point where the conductor curves around, intersected three lenses to a depth of 221 ft. Corresponding results include 2 ft. at 10.5% zinc, 0.07% copper and 0.02 oz. gold per ton; 2.69 ft. at 1.87% zinc and 0.20% copper; and 9.16 ft. at 5.53% zinc and 1.28% copper.

Canmine believes the curve in the conductor represents a fold hinge or primary basin and will continue to progress at 165-ft. intervals toward it. Holes 3 and 4 intersected three mineralized lenses and results will be released when available.
