A private placement (involving shares and warrants) worth $1.3 million has been entered into by Ng Mok Yuen of Hong Kong with Candol Developments (TSE) of Vancouver. The placement will mean a change of control for the company; Candol says Ng has advised current directors he wants to take the company into real estate development in addition to its mining activities. In a related development, Yoke Leow Chan of White Rock, B.C., has entered into a private placement (shares and warrants) worth $200,000 with Candol.
