Conversion of 100% of the debentures has resulted in the issue of 4,043,676 shares of MVP which were recently trading in the 25 cents range. MVP owns 91% of Camindex.
Camindex has a 51% interest in the Valdez Creek placer gold project in Alaska, where operations have been suspended.
