Ontario graphite producer Cal Graphite (TSE) says it has settled a lawsuit and mechanics lien action against the company and other parties.
The legal action was filed by B&M Carriers Inc., a subcontractor of Cal Graphite’s mining contractor, Circle Construction Ltd.
Cal Graphite owns a graphite property north of the town of Huntsville.
