Brooks eyes core from Argentina

Three holes of a 6-hole drill program at Brooks Resources’ (BRC-V) Campana Mahuida property in Argentina have been completed to a depth of 200 metres.

Operator Northern Orion Explorations (NNO-T) is carrying out the core analysis, and initial examination confirms that mineralization extends below the limit of previous drilling.

Prior to the new round of drilling, the resource was estimated at 113 million tonnes grading 0.1 gram gold per tonne and 0.41% copper.

Vancouver-based Brooks holds an option to earn up to a 60% interest in Campana Mahuida from Northern Orion.
