Bridger-Teck dispute scheduled for 1994

A lawsuit launched in 1990 by BDG Pacific Resources (VSE) against Teck (TSE) has been scheduled for trial on Sept. 19, 1994.

BDG Pacific, formerly Bridger Resources, alleges that Teck breached an agreement requiring it to provide funds to Bridger for a property payment due to the vendor of Chile’s La Pepa gold mine. As a result, Bridger claims, it lost a substantial part of its investment in the mine. Teck denies any liability and the damages claimed.
