Recent insider trading transactions reported by the Ontario Securities Commission include the following:

Alamos Minerals (AAS-V) — Nerio Cervantes, director, sold 5,000 shares at 90 apiece to hold 5,750 shares; and Chester Millar, director, bought 50,000 shares at 85 to hold 126,000 shares.

Aur Resources (AUR-T) — James Gill, director, sold 200,000 shares at $5.25 to hold 1.63 million shares; Martin Lepage, director, exercised 100,000 options at $2.25 each to hold 50,000 options and 101,433 shares; and Peter McCarter, director, sold 25,000 shares at $5.25 to hold 75,000 shares.

Aurora Platinum (ARP-V) — Michael Winn, director, sold 9,500 shares at $2.81-2.88 to hold none directly but 200,000 shares indirectly.

Canalaska Ventures (CVV-V) — Harry Barr, director, bought 157,000 shares directly or indirectly at 15-29 and sold 56,500 shares directly or indirectly at 28-31 to hold 1.99 million shares in all; and Taryn Downing, officer, sold 67,000 shares at 19 or 24 to hold 33,250 shares in all.

Cumberland Resources (CBD-T) — Walter Segsworth, director, bought 10,000 shares at $3.18 and was granted 275,000 options having a strike price of $2.30 to hold 10,000 shares and 275,000 options; Glen Dickson, director, sold 5,500 shares at $2.45 to hold 168,521 shares; and Kerry Curtis, officer, exercised 40,000 options at $3 and sold the resulting shares at $2.97-3.10 to hold 360,000 options and 30,500 shares indirectly.

Dianor Resources (DOR-M) — David McDonald, director, bought 75,000 shares at 15 or 16 to hold 125,004 shares; and Louise Vezina, director, bought 25,000 shares at 15 to hold 25,000 shares.
