The completion of effective control of Zahavy Mines was carried out by Noramco Mining Corp. The old board of Peter George, president, A. J. Lewis, general manager and R. G. Lewis, secretary-treasurer, has been replaced by Noramco nominees. These include R. A. B. McDonald, chairman, Gordon Keevil, president and Brian Bayley, secretary.
