Toronto-based Black Cliff Mines (TSE) has initiated a feasibility study regarding the economics of establishing a plastics recycling plant in Nova Scotia.
Black Cliff is already involved in this line of business through its affiliate Envirobar Canada Inc., which has a plastics recycling plant in Woodbridge, Ont. The company foresees a Maritime plant serving the Atlantic provinces as well as the New England states.
