Canadian consulting engineering firm BBA has announced the opening of a new office in Labrador City, Labrador, in an effort to solidify business interests in an area it has been active in for 20 years.
BBA has several clients in Quebec’s Caniapiscau region and Labrador including: Iron Ore Company of Canada, Arcelor-Mittal (MT-N), Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines (CLM-T), and Wabush Mines.
“The North has abundant vital resources, and our permanent establishment in the area reflects our determination to help our clients in the economic and sustainable development of those resources,” said BBA president and CEO Steeve Fiset, in a press release.
