Plata Mining (PMT-A) is raising funds to continue exploration work in South America.
The company’s list of projects includes the Helvecia zinc prospect and Hualilan gold project, both in Argentina, and the new Guarani acquisition in Paraguay.
The proposed placement is for 2 million special warrants at 75 cents per warrant, convertible into one common share of Plata for no additional consideration.
