BASE METALS SPECIAL — Mar-West drills Eldorado play

A 5-hole drill program is under way at the Eldorado property, a volcanogenic massive sulphide target in the heart of the Yukon’s Finlayson Lake belt.

The program was launched by Mar-West Resources (MSR-V), which acquired the right to earn a 100% interest in the property last fall.

Eldorado’s potential to host massive sulphides was recognized in 1989 when work conducted by Noranda Exploration outlined a geophysical anomaly coincident with high zinc and copper in soils. The anomaly was never drill-tested.

Mar-West plans to drill these and other anomalies identified on the property.

The company notes that sulphide exposures in the banks of Hoole River are on strike with the geophysical anomalies.
