Baraga anomaly a dud

Two scout holes drilled at the Baraga magnetic anomaly near Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, have come up dry for North Atlantic Nickel (YNN-V).

The company was testing the anomaly as a possible reflection of Olympic Dam-style copper-gold mineralization. However, the holes passed through barren rock of the Keweenawan rift.

North Atlantic has sent 20 samples for assaying, but expects none to return any values of interest.
