Aussie firm cuts spectacular assay

A spectacular gold intersection in Western Australia has Great Central Mines N.L. of Melbourne smiling.

The company, which trades on NASDAQ in the U.S., cut 10 ft. grading 46 oz. per ton at a depth of 600 ft. in the Western zone at its Bronzewing project. Screen fire assays confirmed the result. The company says individual 3.3-ft. (1-metre) assays returned 5.1 oz., 88.2 oz. and 44.4 oz.
