– Aurora Platinum (ARP-V) — Exploration Capital Partners, owner of more than 10% of the company, exercised 1.2 million special warrants at unspecified prices, was granted 1.1 million warrants with unspecified strike prices, and sold 43,375 shares at $4-4.50 to hold 1.1 million warrants and 2 million shares; Thomas Beattie, officer, sold 1,300 shares privately at $4.50 to hold 300 shares, and Michael Winn, officer, exercised 100,000 warrants at 33 and acquired 100,000 more to hold 100,000 warrants and 100,000 shares.
– Black Swan Resources (BSW-T) — Hamilton Capital Partners, owner of more than 10%, sold 269,000 shares privately and indirectly at 25 to hold 14.8 million shares; Kenneth Judge, owner of more than 10% and a director, sold 269,000 shares privately and indirectly at 25 to hold 14.7 million shares.
– Caldera Resources (CDR-T) — Christopher Reindler, a director, and owner of more than 10%, bought 700,000 shares privately at 15 to hold 4.1 million shares.
– Etruscan Resources (eet-t) — Gerald McConnell, director, bought 3,000 shares directly at 45-46 and another 49,500 shares indirectly at 42-56 to hold 868,865 shares.
– Farallon Resources (FAN-T) — Robert Hunter, director, sold 64,500 shares at 73-85 to hold 50,600 shares.
– Gabriel Resources (GBU-T) — Vasile Timis, a director, and owner of more than 10%, exercised 1.7 million warrants indirectly at unspecified prices and sold the resulting shares privately at unspecified prices to hold 712,400 warrants. He also sold 225,000 shares indirectly at $2.67-3, plus another 100,000 shares at unspecified prices, to hold 9.9 million shares in all.
