ATAC eyes Chinese prospects

Vancouver-based ATAC Resources (ATC-V) plans to scour China for mineral deposits, focusing on regions where the geology and metallogeny resemble those of the northern Cordillera.

The joint-venture exploration effort will be managed by Archer, Cathro & Associates, a firm credited with making numerous discoveries in the Yukon.

Alan Archer is on the board of ATAC, which also holds various exploration projects in the Yukon. ATAC’s strategy is to identify and acquire gold targets, then advance them to the stage where they attract partners capable of carrying out advanced exploration and development.
