Armistice testing deep Kerr zone

The holes are part of a 35,000-ft underground drilling program initiated by Armistice in an effort to prove the orebody of the adjacent Kerr Addison mine down-faulted at its western boundary.

The 2250 level drift to 1,200 ft west of the shaft to allow drilling of the Kerr zone has been completed. The company is adding a second rig to test this zone as well as further define the extension of the Sheldon zone.

The first of four holes of a program from stations 300 ft and 600 ft west of the shaft on the 2250 level has been completed. The company reports hole 22W600-2 cut 0.26 oz gold per ton over 10.4 ft (true width).
