Arimathaea boss exercises options

Graham Ferguson Lacey, the new chairman of Toronto-based Arimathaea Resources (TSE) recently exercised his rights under a management stock option plan to acquire 85,000 of the company’s common shares.

By exercising warrants to acquire an additional 60,000 common shares, Lacey has increased his stake in Ari-

mathaea to 545,000 shares representing 23.95% of the company’s issued and outstanding stock.

Ferguson still has warrants to acquire another 40,000 common shares exercisable at 40 cents each and management stock options to acquire a further 90,000 common shares for $1.75 per share.
