Argentex, Sholia in Saskatchewan play

Partners Sholia Resources and Argentex Resource Exploration have equally acquired the right to earn an 80% interest in a mineral claim located in northern Saskatchewan. The vendors were Comaplex Resources International and an individual.

Argentex and Sholia must pay $240,000 and spend $500,000 on exploration over a 4-year option period. Both companies have been active exploring properties near Beaverlodge for gold and platinum during the past year.
