Calgary-based American Ore (ASE) will change its name to American Exploration and consolidate its shares on a 5-for-1 basis after shareholders approved the reorganization.
The company says it is designing an exploration program for its 30,000-acre claim block in the Lac de Gras area of the Northwest Territories and northeast of the Dia Met-BHP diamond discovery.
