Agreement focuses on the environment

Montreal-based St. Genevieve Resources (TSE) is joining forces with the Institut national de la recherche scientifique on the environmental front.

The pair will focus on environmental problems related to the mining industry and specifically on mining tailings. Under a 3-year agreement, the pair will look at the upgrading of tailings parks and the restoration and protection of the environment.

The Institut, part of the Universite du Quebec, is based in Ste-Foy, Que.
