Affiliated companies Mentor Exploration and Development (TSE) and Long Shots have, through the open market, acquired almost 250,000 common shares of Legacy Explorations (CDN).
Together with Agnico-Eagle Mines (TSE), they own almost 270,000 shares (or 14%) of the outstanding common shares.
The shares were acquired for investment purposes.
