AGC Americas expands drilling on JD property

Initial results have prompted AGC Americas Gold (VSE) to expand drilling on its JD property in the Toodoggone region of northern British Columbia.

Originally intending to drill 5,000 ft., the junior is expanding the program by an additional 2,000-3,000 ft.

Hole JD-94-18 returned a 29-ft. intersection grading 0.39 oz. gold per ton from the Finn zone.

The initial 21-hole program tested the structure of two known mineralized zones — the Finn and Gumbo — on the eastern section of the property. Results to date from the Finn include 50 ft. grading 0.072 oz. in Hole JD-94-17; 0.023 oz. over 55 ft. in JD-94-19; and 0.018 over 107 ft. in JD-94-20.

The best result from the Gumbo zone included 3.3 ft. grading 0.28 oz. The expanded program will include further drilling on the Finn zone to test the structure at depth below JD-94-18.

Further assay results, as well as silver values from the recent drilling, are pending.

Energex Minerals retains a 15% net profits interest in the property.
