Uderground chip sampling returned high-grade assay results from the 867-crosscut through the 21B deposit on the TOK claim gap portion of the Ski project property owned by Adrian Resources (VSE). The underground work program is being carried out by Prime Resources Group (VSE) which can jointly earn a 50% interest in the Ski project with Stikine Resources (VSE). Prime and Stikine each owns 50% of the Eskay Creek property north of Stewart, B.C, which contains the bulk of the 21B reserves.
The 867-crosscut is about 49 ft. south of the initial TOK claim gap crosscut (the 865-crosscut) which returned 1.56 oz. gold and 40.5 oz. silver over a 32.8-ft. width across the 21B deposit.
Results from the 867-crosscut include: 42.6 ft. of 1.04 oz. gold, 32.67 oz. silver, 1.32% lead and 2.04% zinc, including 29.5 ft. of 1.31 oz. gold, 40.80 oz. silver, 1.69% lead and 2.58% zinc from the North Wall.
Sampling along the South wall returned 52.5 ft. of 0.86 oz. gold,20.33 oz. silver, 0.75% lead and 1.21% zinc, which includes 26.2 ft. of 1.09 oz. gold, 28.38 oz. silver, 1.06% lead and 1.67% zinc.
Drilling of stratigraphic, geophysical and geochemical targets on the main portion of the Ski project property is continuing. Some technical problems have been experienced, and the latest drilling returned generally low-grade or geochemically anomalous values.
Additional drilling is planned within the TOK claim gap to further delineate mineralization on the Pumphouse Lake zone.
