Please be advised that the name “MK” is a registered trademark of Morrison Knudsen Corporation and is used by and in reference to Morrison Knudsen Corporation, an entity separate from, and unaffiliated with, MK Gold. MK Gold was formerly a wholly owned subsidiary of Morrison Knudsen but was sold in 1995, thereby severing any affiliation between the two companies.
