50 Years Ago January, 1938 METALS LEAD RECOVERY MOVEMENT

The tide of base metal consumption, which had been ebbing steadily since last mid-summer, may resume its flow this week. The reason is that markets for copper, lead and zinc are springing into activity, which is strongly reminiscent of the beginnings of their upward movement one year ago.
