50 Years Ago INSPIRATION MAKES NEW GOLD FIND

Another new find in the Northwest Territories appeared on the records this week with the report of a promising gold discovery by prospectors of Inspiration Mining & Development Co. The find was at a point some 15 miles northwest of the Territories Exploration showing at Wray Lake. Location is roughly 150 miles northwest of Yellowknife Bay.

Results of initial exploration, completed over the freeze-up period, have been distinctly encouraging and a more extensive program is planned for the spring.
